He went on to work at IBM Global Services, World Net, and Boca Research, among other prestigious firms.

Early in his sales career, Doug was named one of the “top ten sales professionals in America” in 1988, by Power Selling Magazine. Doug is an influential certified sales trainer and management consultant and owns and manages his own sales training and coaching business The Sales Coaching Institute.
